Types of Sessions

Training Sessions – $100 per session, per athlete

  • 1:1 training sessions
  • Small group sessions
  • focus on personal weaknesses to build stamina and reinforce skills
  • position specific Drills to establish better mechanics and muscle memory

Each session runs for at least one hour. Specialists can be filmed during each session and a breakdown of their session provided upon request.

Additional Services

We are invested in our players and are honored to attend games upon request & availability. Doing so allows us to observe our players in action where it counts the most and thus, provide further recommendations and support we can address during training sessions

We are also happy to evaluate any film or video that our specialists send us so that we can give them constructive tips and advice. Our specialists send us text messages all the time and it helps them to build confidence and skill.
